Instrument Assessment
I'm happy to discuss your requirements, or the problems you are experiencing with your instrument, over the phone in the first instance, however I'll need to see the instrument in order to give a full and correct appraisal of any issues, so when you arrive at the workshop I'll take the time to give your instrument a complete workbench examination.
All bench assessments and advice is free of charge and without obligation, and I can provide a quote at this stage based on what we agree needs to be done. There may be instances where unforeseen issues arise during a job, in these cases I'll discuss matters with you before proceeding further. Under this page I have provided estimates for some of the more common repair work, which should be used as a guide only. The cost can vary, depending on the individual instrument, it's condition, and exactly what work is required. My ethos is to provide a high quality service for a reasonable cost, with attention to detail, and only charge for what needs to be done. If your instrument requires some other work, not listed below, please let me know and we can discuss this.
Payment - On completion of any work I'll provide an itemised invoice by email. Payment will be required on collection of your instrument. Payment can be made by card, cash or bank transfer.
