First issue Colorsound Wow Pedal wah wah produced by Sola Sound in London. Perfect working and excellent condition as shown. A very rare model to see in any condition.
The original 2N5172, 2N2926 transistor wah circuit
Date code on grey cap reads "67 30" for 1967
Potentiometer is dated J9 signifying late 1969
All original circuitry (including Cliff Jacks, Arrow Switch and AB pot)
Early version used for the recent Stu Castledine Colorsound reissue
One of the rarest pedals out there - Wow! This original late 60s English made Sola Sound / Colorsound pedal has become legendary for its dual function of both Swell & Wah - featuring the original famed 2N5172, 2N2926 transistor wah circuit.
Good condition with slight markings to the pedals exterior. Please see the attached pics as they form part of the condition description.
